Halloween
Halloween is a western holiday. It is celebrated on the night of October 31. On the day, people do some special activities like playing trick or treating, participating costume parties, watching horror movies, and visiting houses of horrors. A Jack-o'-lantern is a symbol of Halloween. It is a pumpkin which is often carved into a scary face and put a candle inside. Also, people put it on their home's doorstep after dark for scaring away the ghosts.
